I believe the best learning happens when we use our hands. My workshops and courses encourage curiosity and experimentation, creating spaces where students of all experience levels can build skills and a deeper appreciation for design and print.

What I Offer

From classrooms to conferences, museums to community events, I offer engaging educational experiences that combine thoughtful design, hands-on making, and a spirit of curiosity.

  • Hands-on learning through making. Workshops are tailored to participants of all experience levels and encourage experimentation, skill-building, and creative problem-solving. I teach both letterpress printing and bookmaking workshops that can be as short at 2 hours or up to 2 weeks.

  • Stories, process, and inspiration. I share insights into design, letterpress printing, creative practice, and the role of process through engaging presentations for students, professionals, and community audiences.

  • Bring the print shop to your event. Guests experience the magic of letterpress printing firsthand by creating their own keepsake while learning about historic printing techniques in an interactive setting.

  • Let's create something unique together. From artist residencies and demonstrations to conference programming and community events, I collaborate with organizations to design memorable creative experiences that fit their goals.
